Domestic & Fish Processing WWTP System
Client: PT Sanjaya International Fishery • Jakarta / Bali
Project Summary
PT Sanjaya International Fishery engaged RAKTA to design, construct, and commission a high-capacity wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) capable of handling heavy organic loads from fish processing and domestic facility effluent.
The project involved designing primary screening, oil-and-grease separation, biological anaerobic-aerobic filtration, and advanced chemical disinfection to meet rigorous Indonesian Ministry of Environment (KLHK) quality standards.
Scope of Work
- Engineering design & hydraulic flow calculations for 300 m³/day processing effluent.
- Civil construction of reinforced concrete equalization basins, aeration tanks, and clarifiers.
- Mechanical & Electrical installation including blowers, submersible pumps, and automated dosing.
- Assistance in obtaining PERTEK (Persetujuan Teknis Air Limbah) environmental compliance approvals.
